Data collected

Manufacturer form: brand, website, name, business email and message.

Optician form: business name, city, name, phone and, if you provide it, email.

To protect the forms against abuse, the sender's IP address is stored as an irreversible fingerprint. Like any host, Hostinger keeps technical connection logs.

Use

This data is used to answer your request, review a range proposal, open and manage an optician account, and protect the forms. It is never sold, rented or transferred.

Recipients

Only Maghreb Lens handles your requests. The website and email are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd; the website is served from the European Union (Germany).

Retention

Requests received through the forms: 24 months after receipt, or for the duration of any business relationship that follows.

Submissions discarded as abusive: 30 days. Anti-abuse counters keyed by IP fingerprint: 24 hours.

Cookies

The website sets a single cookie, ml_lang, when you choose a language: it remembers your choice for 12 months. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers: your browser sends them its IP address when doing so.

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you may access your data, have it corrected or object to its processing by writing to contact@maghreblens.com. You may also contact the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP, www.cndp.ma).

If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including erasure and portability, and may lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.
